Crochet: Cloche/Flapper

So, I've still got my granny square purse here, but it's kind off to the side of things until I figure out what to do about the handles and the zipper. In the meantime, I am moving on to this really cute cloche/flapper style hat that I saw. I know, I know...I don't want to start something new without finishing this other thing, click here so you can see my rant on that, but I have got to move on.

Maybe I'm burnt out..I don't know. But I wanted to start something new.
So here's what I've got so far. I'm not really a hat person anyway, but if I were to wear a hat, I would wear this style.

Hi! I'm sure this hat would turn out pretty. I would like to see a photo when you finished it. Oh, this reminds me that I need to finish a red beret also.

Hi!, I'm sure it's going to be a pretty hat. I would like to see a photo when It's done. :) I also need to finish a red beret that is halfway done.

Yeah, they really look good to me. As far as hats go. I was looking up some hats a while ago, and not just the knitted flapper hats but even the fabric hats, I just love the look. But I love the way women dressed in general back then anyway. It just seemed so classy and put to gether to me.

I'm sure the beret will turn out well. I was on a beret kick for a while, but then I finally moved on to something else.

I will definately be putting up some pictures of the finished hat, when my computer gets fixed.
