Crochet: Teaching Kids

I'm teaching one of the young boys at church how to crochet. They seem to like it, but you know kids, after a few minutes of this they will be bored. But it's okay. At least he can say he knows how to do something else besides getting in trouble. Sometimes he forgets to yarn over when he's doing these double crochets, but I coud tell he was really happy when he finally got it, and got it right.

You're absolutely right.

Also, I think some of the kids I am trying to teach get in alot of trouble at school and at home, but with this crocheting thing, I try and give them alot of encouragement as they learn.

I think they like that alot, and then, honestly, I feel good that I made somebody feel good, at least for a moment.

Thank You for the comment...:D
